Shipping Policy

Once you have ordered your products, we will generally process your orders within 3-5 business days. In an event there is a delay, we will notify you of this. Once the order has been processed, we will pack your brand new tees and ship it out to you.

 

Standard shipping: 

 

  • 3-5 business days to most metro areas in Australia
  • 4-10 business days to non-metro areas in Australia

 

Reliable and tracked shipping Australia wide. By using Australia Post, we are able to offer the widest delivery coverage in Australia. Includes all Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes and remote locations for a flat rate fee.

 

Express shipping:

 

  • 1-2 business days to most metro areas in Australia
  • 2-5 business days to non-metro areas in Australia



Reliable and tracked shipping Australia wide. Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and PO Boxes.

International shipping:  

 

  • 2-4 weeks to major partners (USA, UK, New Zealand)
  • 2-8 weeks to most other areas

DHL eCommerce Global Mail service provides basic tracking on request. May not have local country tracking in some countries.

 

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

 

Order never arrived:

 

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
